Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Monfesaa is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
