EXCHANGE POLICY
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at monfesaa@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the error was caused directly by Monfesaa. Replacement items will be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected.
We do not offer exchanges for products that have been used, mishandled, or damaged after delivery.
